It’s #TuesdayTeaser time y’all! We thought we’d do something special this week and give you a full video for a change. Enough teasin’ already!!!
As most of you know, we had been competing in 95.9 The Ranch‘s #RanchFactor Battle of the Bands over the last couple of months. It was an honor to have been one of 12 bands chosen out of 150+ applicants to compete and we were thrilled to have made it all the way to the TOP 4! Not too shabby seeing as we just stepped foot into the Texas Music Scene 8 short months ago!
As fate would have it, last week turned out the be the end of the #RanchFactor road for The Gibbonses, but we sure as hell made some noise and went out with a bang!
We closed out our last set with a cover of William Clark Green‘s #RinglingRoad! Rumor has it that a video of that performance made it over to Will himself and we hear he was quite impressed 😉 As one of our favorite Texas Country artists, getting William Clark Green’s attention was quite the #DayMaker for us to say the least!
Three days later we had the incredible opportunity to open for our good friend and mentor Kimberly Dunn. This video was shot at Conway’s Dancehall in New Braunfels, TX. It was an AMAZING night that couldn’t have come at a better time! #WinningThisBreakup
